You will be able to connect to and freely use the internet, following the Acceptable Use Guidelines linked below. We do not filter the content in any way.
We would like to have permission from the owner of the house to attach anything to the existing structure, to avoid creat an issue for our organization and/or the tenant.
Safety First! We will be exercising the greatest caution during installation as to not damage the home or roof in any way.
If there is an issue with the hardware and it is not the fault of someone in the household, there will be no charge. If the issue with the hardware is due to someone, the household may be charged to replace the equipment.
GIA, EII Digital Steward Apprentices, and the Community Advisory Coalition made up of Southwest community members, are the governing bodies for the Southwest network.
Neighborhood residents that meet our eligibility requirements and are in range of our access points are our priority.
No, the goal of our network is to provide an internet connection for households that have low or no internet connection.
In some cases network hardware (e.g. router) may be needed to connect your devices to the provided hardware (CPE).

EII provides services hereunder strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any express guarantee or assurance of quality, reliability, or functionality. Except as expressly set forth herein, Resident accepts all risk, including all risk with respect to suitability, use and performance of Internet Service. EII disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
EII will not be liable for any damage that Resident may suffer arising out of use, or inability to use, the Internet Service. Except for intentional acts by EII personnel, EII will not be liable for unauthorized access to Resident’s personal equipment or for unauthorized access to or alteration, theft, or destruction of Resident’s data files, programs, procedures, or information through accident, fraudulent means or devices, or any other method, regardless of whether such damage occurs as a result of EII’s negligence. EII shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages even if advised of the possibility in advance. EII shall not be liable for any lost property or data of Residents.
